Announce Then Connect
The Announce Then Connect feature works with our Call Announce feature and will announce the call as normal, but then it will not wait for the user to press a key, it will just connect the caller to you live. By default, this feature is not enabled with your new account, but we can enable it at anytime for no additional charge.
