Area Code Routing
Also known as Geographic Call Routing or GeoRouting, this feature allows calls to your system to be routed to
a particular user's extension based on the area code the caller enters or even automatically
based on the caller's incoming phone number. Forget being charged per area code like
some of our competitors. You pay just one low monthly fee and can add, remove, and change area codes at
your discretion.
Area code call routing is great for geographically dispersed sales or support groups to provide the best local
resource for a particular caller. Insurance, financial services, banking, real estate, and mortgage companies have
all benefited greatly from this feature. Hopefully, you can too!
